After living in Australia for 13 years, Louise relocated back to Wales at the start of September 2025 to be closer to family again. Whilst in Australia Louise studied a diploma of Remedial Massage therapy, diploma of Health & Fitness and a Bachelors in Health Science: Nutritional Medicine. All tying together and growing her passion for holistic health and wellbeing.

She has spent the last seven years working in clinics as a sports massage therapist predominantly with professional rugby teams. This experience has helped her apply these skills to recreational athletes and those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Most recently she worked from a home clinic on the Gold Coast, Australia utilising all her knowledge and expertise to provide personalised holistic wellness for all her clients.

She is excited to be back in a clinic environment, and is looking forward to working as part of a collaborative team to ensure our patients get the best results!
