Initial Assessment

An initial assessment is required, if you're not already a chiropractic patient, to:

  • Understand your injury and history

  • Identify limitations and risk factors

  • Create a personalised rehabilitation plan

Before your assessment, you will need to complete a short medical questionnaire to ensure safety. This with be reviewed with your instructor as well as to discussing your overall aims and goals.

A postural and functional assessment is done to help identify specific target areas to be focused on during your programme and the correct level for your exercises.
