New Patients

Please complete our electronic new patient form at least 24 hours before attending (link can be found in your confirmation email). Another survey from Care response will also be sent automatically which helps us to monitor patient outcomes and improve our service as a clinic.   

Shockwave Therapy

Only consultations can be booked online as you will need to have an initial assessment to ensure RSWT is appropriate for you. Please call to book if you would like a treatment on the same day.

Reassessment & New Complaints (45 minutes) 

To give our chiropractors plenty of time to asses you, if you haven't been to the clinic in over 1 year or have a new area you would like assessed, then this appointment should be selected.
