Jemma is a qualified Level 4 Sports Therapist, having completed her Level 3 training in 2019 and progressing to Level 4 in 2020. Alongside her massage qualifications, she is also a certified personal trainer and gym instructor, with a particular passion for women’s fitness.

Based in Penarth since 2019, Jemma is now working with the Whitchurch Clinic as a massage therapist. She has also expanded her expertise to include pre- and post-natal massage, as well as hot stone massage, all of which she now offers at the clinic.

Her love for fitness—especially resistance training—shapes her approach to therapy and wellbeing. Inspired by a friend to explore sports therapy, Jemma quickly discovered how rewarding it was to help others feel the benefits, and she’s been dedicated to supporting people on their health and recovery journeys ever since.

Her goal is simple: to help people feel stronger, recover better, and live well.
