Can chiropractic help with bad posture, even if I have no pain?

Pain is often the last thing to come; it is our body's way of saying that it's had enough!

Poor posture, whether you are sedentary or very active in life, overloads the joints, discs, and muscles causing irritation and wear and tear. This eventually manifests itself as pain and weakness.

Chiropractic care has the ability to help in preventative care as well as pain relief. Though postural re-education and strengthening exercises we can improve posture, in turn reducing incorrect loading and movement patterns, preventing pain and early wear and tear.
