Aromatherapy uses pure essential oils skillfully, and in a controlled manner, to influence the body, mind, and spirit for physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual well being.

Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often Basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs & retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.

Thai  Foot  Massage is a powerful therapy, & takes it’s origins from China where the art has been practiced for thousands of years. It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese Massage & Yoga

Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) is a traditional Hawaiian Massage that uses a combination of massage techniques,  oils, and sometimes  breathing,  to restore energy and soothe the body. It is also known as the 'loving hands' massage. This name helps to explain its principles - the massage works gently, yet deeply, into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, allowing the recipient to relax and give in to the nurturing touch.

Deep Tissues Massage is similar to Swedish Massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Swedish Massage technique is used to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish Massage therapy goes beyond relaxation.

Indian Head Massage is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques, involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It helps reduce stress, fatigue, and eyestrain, increase mental clarity, relaxes and rejuvenates the receiver.

Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures. ... Traditional Thai Massage rarely uses oils or lotions, and the recipient remains clothed during a treatment.

Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs. ... The benefits of Reflexology are: Relaxation with the removal of stress.
